An impossibly rare Audemars Piguet Royal Oak ref. 14800BA with mesmerizing green lacquer dial and matching green strap. The 1990s were a period of creativity for AP and it’s no more evident than in this piece.

A Royal Oak sans bracelet would once be considered sacrilege, but here it works and makes a much bolder statement than its braceleted counterparts.

Since I discovered this rare green variant years ago this is only the second example to come to market. The only public photo available is from an old AP catalog. The watch comes with its original box, warranty papers and Extract from AP. It’s preserved in fantastic condition with original strap and 18k deployant buckle.
