This reference 3739/002 features a horizontally elongated ovular shape that clocks in at 36mm, one of the largest vintage ellipses produced. The /002 suffix refers to the bracelet type; a killer 9 row brick that has a fluidity to it that is magical on the wrist. This guy is powered by Patek’s automatic micro-rotor cal. 240 movement. The watch is preserved in fantastic original condition and fits up to a 7.25 inch wrist.
