Cartier Tank Normale ref 78092 - Paris Dial

A Cartier Tank Normale ref 78092 from the late 1970s. One of my favorite shapes from the master of shapes themselves. The bevels really seal the deal for me; the perfect balance of elegance and masculinity.

This particular case is preserved in stunning condition with thick geometry throughout. The Paris signed dial is bright and attractive. A great example of a classic reference.

Manually wound and running well, this Tank is ready for daily wear. The Normale has always been a standout among Cartier’s myriad of shapes, but with a dial this good, it becomes something truly special. The watch is accompanied by it’s original 18k Cartier signed deployant buckle and is paired with a Cartier strap.
