Clebar 'Poor Man's Heuer' Chronograph

This Clebar ref. 7721 two-register chronograph from the 1960s sports a very attractive reverse panda dial that bears a striking resemble to the Heuer 7753 NST. These Clebar reference were dubbed “Poor Man’s Heuers” because they were attainable for a fraction of the price of their Heuer counterparts. This particular example is powered by a Zodiac signed Valjoux 7730 chronograph movement. Zodiac made these watches in conjunction with Clebar in the 1960s. The case is in fantastic original condition with the chrome plating fully in tact. There is a bit of wear to the plating on the original crown.
